3CE Blur Water Lip Tint (#Dear March) is a lightweight liquid-like tint with a timeless naturally peach hue. It is able to bridge the gap between soft and dewy by putting on a fresh, soft feel, before setting into a soft, smooth, blurred and silky film with very little transfer for an all-day, flawless finish.
